About Dr. Dave Ziegler
Dr. Dave Ziegler has spent over 50 years proving that no child is a lost cause. For four decades, he lived and worked with some of the most challenging young children in the United States, those who had experienced severe trauma, neglect, and abuse. His treatment program never turned away a child due to severe behavioral or psychological issues and never discharged a child due to an inability to reach them. This unwavering commitment resulted in significant improvements in the majority of the children, with the positive effects continuing long after the program. Comprehensive outcome research consistently found that his methods led to higher rates of improvement compared to other treatment approaches, even with the most difficult cases.
Although Dr. Ziegler no longer directly implements his interventions, his mission now is to share his extensive knowledge with parents and professionals working with traumatized and damaged young people. This website offers practical, understandable, and effective resources based on his proven methods. Thousands of parents and professionals have attested to the positive changes in the lives of the children they care for and in their own lives as well. By utilizing Dr. Ziegler’s insights and strategies, you can join this community in striving to make a meaningful difference in the lives of troubled young people.
